Q. What is your return policy?
A. Unfortunately and without exception we cannot accept exchanges or returns. If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise. Take a photo of the damaged items and notify us as soon as possible via email (email@example.com)
Q. Where are your ingredients sourced from?
A. The majority of our ingredients are sourced from within the Canada. All organic farms. We do research to make sure our ethics align with those we source from.

Q. In what order should I apply the skincare products?
A. We created a number system making it easy to follow the steps listed on the bottles.
Q. What if one of my products looks cloudy or has a residue in it?
A. Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% organic so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
Q. What is the shelf life of Bliss Botanicals products?
A. Since our products are organic and truly all-natural and we do not use any unnatural preservatives at all, our products do have a shelf life, typically 12-22 months. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer.
Q. How soon can I expect to receive my order after purchasing?
A. Items ordered and paid for will ship after 2–5 business days in Canada, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through Canada Post. After leaving our lab, Canada Post typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If Customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands.
Q. What type of payments do you take?
A. We accept all major credit cards through Stripe online payment system.
